Fundraising ideas

Gaming Night

Do you love playing games? Do you stream? Grab some consoles, borrow some TVs and you’ve got yourself a gaming event. This fundraising idea is great for kids and big kids alike. Set yourself a challenge or embark on a 24 hour game-a-thon!

Fancy dress party

This is something that everyone can get involved in! The sillier the better :)

Car boot sale

Most people have tons of stuff they are secretly dying to get rid of. Maybe hold a boot sale, or donate it to a neighbourhood sale with the proceeds going to your charity of choice

Sponsored Walk/Run

A sponsored walk is a great way to raise money without the need for lots of planning and volunteers. It also promotes exercise, takes your fundraising into the public eye and can bring your whole community together. Publicise your event around the community, in the local press and on social media. Captain Tom Moore set the record for the individual with biggest sponsored walk amount, totalling £32,795,065, which he raised for the NHS by walking laps of his garden! What an inspiration!

Brave the Shave

There are loads of ways that people choose to raise money. Shaving a head is a great way that many people can get involved. Dont worry, it grows back!

Peak Challenges

The UK's National Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales. The total walking distance is 23 miles (37km) and the total ascent is 3064 metres (10,052ft) - twice the ascent of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, over a similar total walking distance.

Swear Jar

Fine yourself, family members or work colleagues for pre-agreed obscenities!
